Honny Company Limited secured a significant order from a new client in Saudi Arabia, requiring a bulk supply of generators. After multiple meetings at our China factory, we finalized the price and lead time. The order consisted of 20 HONNY HCL Series generators powered by Cummins G Drive Engines and Stamford Alternators.
● Order: 20 generators, including 6 HCL300-60HZ units with Cummins G Drive QSL9-G5 engines and 14 HCL450-60HZ units with Cummins G Drive QSX15G6 engines.
● Features: Each set equipped with an 8-hour base tank (calculated at 80% optimal power load), ABB breakers, and DSE7320 controllers.
Given the strict lead time, precise planning was essential. Coordination with suppliers for engines and alternators, along with scheduling major components, was critical to ensure timely production and shipping.
Execution
● Team Effort: The production team worked on two generators simultaneously, while the office staff managed documentation efficiently. The sales team ensured thorough testing and quality checks.
● Communication: A WhatsApp group facilitated real-time communication between HONNY and MASDAR, ensuring adherence to agreed lead times.
