The generator is equipped with a UK-built Perkins engine and a Mecc-Alte alternator. It is controlled by a DSE 7000 Series control module for easy maintenance and monitoring of oil, coolant pressure, and temperatures.
Challenges and Solutions
● Rigorous Testing: HONNY conducted extensive testing from 0% to 110% peak loads to ensure the generator could handle load variations with minimal disruption. Full documentation and test reports were provided to the client before shipment, ensuring total confidence in the equipment.
● SGS Inspection: At the client’s request, the generator underwent a full SGS inspection to ensure compliance with national or international standards. This included full testing, certification, and verification by SGS, providing additional assurance of quality and reliability.
